In order to add to your Order Basket the products which interest you, click on the ‘Add to Basket’ button. When you are done adding products, click on the ‘Order Completion’ button and follow the specified steps/actions. When you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Product Delivery Policy
SHIPMENTS
Shipment costs are not included in the product price, and are borne by the buyers, unless it is explicitly stated otherwise. By placing products in your order basket, you can see your order’s shipment cost. The shipment cost is not standard, but varies depending on your address, and the size and weight of your order. In case the product is not immediately available to be shipped, the order will remain pending and our company will communicate to you the expected availability date, the substitution or cancellation of the order. The address specified by the buyer must be real and valid. In case the buyer is absent from the address he/she has specified, or his/her address details have changed, the buyer is responsible for notifying the company in a timely manner, in order to ship the order to the correct address. Otherwise, the buyer will bear the additional shipment cost.
Notice: Receiving the item and signing to the carrier equates with acceptance of the product and of its excellent condition.
SHIPMENT COSTS
A) GREECE
All products are shipped using Courier to the address you have specified in your order within 5 to 15 working days, provided the products are readily available to be shipped. For orders where the weight is up to 2 kg, the cost must be contact us

Potential Surcharges
In case you wish the delivery to take place on a Saturday, you must specify this when placing your order. Saturday deliveries is with additional. In case you want morning delivery by 10:00, there is allso an additional cost. In addition, you have the option to collect the products you ordered online from our diving Center at Nikiti 63088, Str.Leoforos Sithonia 97 Halkidiki, Greece, without any additional costs.
Β) ABROAD
All products are shipped by courier to the address you have specified in your order within 5 to 15 working days, provided they are readily available.

You may complete your purchases with any of the payment options described below:
A) By charging your credit card
You may make payments for your purchases on our website www.oceanic.cc by using your credit or debit card Visa, Master, Maestro, American Express. In case one or more of the products you have purchased is not immediately available, and the entire amount has been charged on your card, we will contact you and then refund the money through the same card.
Attention: We would like you to know that your order will be processed and executed only if the Company is notified of your deposit in one of the ways described above.

Misleading the public in any way regarding the true owner of the website’s contents is forbidden. Returns / Product substitutions
The buyer has the right, within 15 calender days from the day he/she received the product, to cancel his/he purchase. This can be arranged by sending his cancelling statement to the company through +306 993 993 724 or +359 889 973 335 or email (dive@oceanic.cc). He/She is however obliged to cover the return cost of the product to the company shop at Nikiti 63088, Str.Leoforos Sithonia 97 Halkidiki,Greece. In this case, the company will debit the money to the bank account indicated by the buyer on the cancelling statement within 14 calendar days. For the valid cancellation of the purchase, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the company at its initial packaging and condition.
Returns can be done either:
a) At the Oceanic Diving Center Nikiti 63088, Str.Leoforos Sithonia 97 Halkidiki,Greece
b) Via courier
In either case, the return of the product must be complete with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. Receipt, Delivery Note etc] In case of substitution of products which were discounted or on offer, these can be substituted at the discounted or sale price and always (no) earlier than the end of the sales period and within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date to the buyer. If the return is due to the Company’s fault, the Company will bear the return expenses. For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Returns will be accepted only after the Company accepts it and after inspecting the product to be returned.
Cancelations / Courses & on-line booking services
We do not provide refunds for online bookings of diving courses, boat snorkeling, all types of shore or boat diving, and all other types of gear and equipment rentals.
RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Notice: in case the product arrives defective, we ask you to inform the Diving Center (+306 993 993 724 or +359 889 973 335) within the next 8 hours, so that our Company assumes responsibility. Otherwise, a return cannot take place. The return expenses are borne by the Company. A mandatory prerequisite for accepting any return, is that the product is in its original packaging.The return package is required to include the purchase receipt. During the return process we can either credit your account towards a future purchase, or return the money to you.
